Fresh Peach Salsa
Bright, colorful, and incredibly easy to make, this salsa is summer in a bowl!
There’s something about adding fresh fruit to a savory dish that instantly makes it feel like summer, and this Fresh Peach Salsa does exactly that. Sweet, juicy peaches are paired with bright lime, fresh herbs, and a little heat for a salsa that tastes like it belongs on a sunny restaurant patio rather than in your own backyard.
For the best flavor, choose peaches that are ripe and fragrant. They’ll give you the juiciest, sweetest bites and create the perfect balance with the other ingredients. Tomatoes add freshness and beautiful color, red onion brings a subtle tang, and jalapeño provides just enough heat to complement the peaches’ natural sweetness.
A simple mixture of fresh garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and a touch of honey ties everything together, creating a salsa that is bright, refreshing, and downright irresistible.
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it can be made ahead of time. In fact, it’s even better after sitting in the refrigerator for a bit, giving all of the flavors time to mingle and marinate. Serve it with tortilla chips for an easy appetizer, spoon it over tacos, or pair it with grilled chicken or fish for a simple summer dinner.
I recently served it alongside my Guacamole (which I still think is the best guacamole, if you ask me!) and my Mexican Street Corn, and it completely stole the show.
