Peanut Butter Blossoms
If there’s one cookie I’m making for the holiday season, it’s the Peanut Butter Blossom. These are every bit nostalgic as they are delicious, and they are only 5 ingredients (one might surprise you!)
All year I look forward to the holiday season so I can make my Peanut Butter Blossoms. Before I ever learned to cook or bake, these cookies were the one thing I felt confident making. My mom used to tell me no one could make them like I could (although I’m confident you’ll do just fine — this recipe is truly foolproof).
The secret to these chewy, moist peanut butter cookies is 5 simple ingredients:
Bisquick (I know… unbelievable!)
Peanut butter
Sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla
Granulated sugar (for coating)
Before I had a stand mixer, I used to mix these by hand. The dough is very thick, so you really have to get in there with your hands to thoroughly mix it. Now that I have a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, it does all the work for me — making this recipe incredibly easy.
Tips:
• Don’t overbake or the cookies can become dry and crumbly. The dough doesn’t spread while baking, so look for slightly golden bottoms to know they’re done.
• Unwrap your Hershey’s Kisses before baking so they’re ready to go.
• Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before pressing in the Kisses — this helps them hold their shape.

Ingredients:
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cup Bisquick
1 tsp vanilla extract
Granulated sugar (for coating)
Hershey’s kisses
Steps:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Pause to push down the sides of the bowl at least once while beating.
Add Bisquick & vanilla and mix until dough is formed.
In a separate bowl, set aside granulated sugar.
Shape dough into 1.5” balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Place balls of dough 2” apart on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-9 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for 2-3 minutes then press a Hershey kiss into the center of each cookie.
Let cool completely before serving or storing.
